These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of leemaxss.com (the "Site") operated by LeeMax Safety Solutions LLC ("LeeMax," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Informational purpose only
Content on the Site describes LeeMax's training, staffing, consulting, and supply services. Nothing on the Site is a substitute for professional safety consultation, legal advice, medical advice, or a written services agreement. Regulatory citations, standards references, and training summaries are provided for general information and may not reflect the most current version of the underlying regulation or standard.
No employer-of-record or safety-outcome guarantees
LeeMax provides training, professional services, and product sourcing. LeeMax is not the employer of your workforce, is not responsible for safety decisions made by your organization, and does not guarantee regulatory outcomes, avoidance of citations, or elimination of workplace incidents. Written engagement agreements govern the terms of any specific services you purchase from LeeMax.
Course and staffing information
Course descriptions, duration, capacity, and pricing shown on the Site are indicative and subject to change. Actual course content, delivery, and pricing are set out in your quote and confirmation. Third-party certifications, cards, and outreach hours (including OSHA outreach cards) are issued subject to the standards of the issuing authority, not LeeMax.
Online training and third-party platforms
Online, self-paced courses are delivered through Thinkific and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by the platform's own terms of service and privacy policy. LeeMax is not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or policy changes of those platforms.
Intellectual property
Site content — including text, graphics, logos, course outlines, training materials, and photographs — is owned by LeeMax or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use LeeMax content for commercial purposes without written permission.
"LeeMax," "LeeMax Safety Solutions," and the LeeMax logo are trademarks of LeeMax Safety Solutions LLC.
Prohibited uses
- Automated data collection or scraping without written permission
- Attempts to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or availability
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through forms
- Impersonating another person or organization

Links on the Site to third-party websites (including Thinkific, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and vendor sites) are provided for convenience. LeeMax does not control and is not responsible for third-party content.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEEMAX DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEEMAX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. LIABILITY RELATING TO PAID SERVICES IS GOVERNED BY YOUR WRITTEN SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LEEMAX.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in West Virginia.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
