Safety Consulting Built Around How Your Operation Really Runs

Program development, inspections, audits, and investigation support from safety professionals who have managed sites — not just written about them.

Consulting services

Support across the full compliance and safety-management workload

Engagements can be a one-time assessment, a defined project, or ongoing retained support. You get findings you can act on, in priority order, with the reasoning explained.

OSHA compliance assistance

Practical review of where your programs, records, and field practices stand against applicable OSHA requirements — with a prioritized action list.

Inspections & audits

Scheduled or unannounced site and facility inspections, documented with photos, findings, references, and recommended corrective actions.

Written safety programs

Program development and rewrites that match your actual operations, equipment, and personnel — in language your supervisors can use.

Job hazard analyses (JHAs)

Task-level analysis developed with the crews performing the work, covering steps, hazards, and controls.

Incident investigation support

Onsite or remote support for interviews, evidence collection, sequence reconstruction, and reporting.

Root cause analysis

Structured analysis that gets past “employee error” to the system conditions that allowed the incident.

Corrective action planning

Actions with owners, dates, and verification steps so findings actually close out.

Contractor safety programs

Prequalification criteria, onboarding requirements, orientation content, and onsite oversight expectations.

Facility safety assessments

Walkthrough assessment of machine guarding, egress, electrical, chemical storage, PPE use, and housekeeping.

Training needs assessments

Role-by-role review of required and recommended training, with refresh intervals and a rollout schedule.

Respiratory protection programs

Written program development, selection guidance, medical evaluation coordination, and fit testing support.

Emergency action planning

Site-specific plans, role assignments, alarm and accountability procedures, and facilitated drills.

Lockout/tagout programs

Equipment-specific energy control procedures, periodic inspections, and authorized employee training.

Confined space programs

Space inventory and classification, permit systems, monitoring practices, and rescue planning.

Fall protection programs

System selection, anchorage evaluation, inspection routines, and rescue procedures for work at height.

Policy & procedure development

Clear, usable documents — from a single procedure to a full safety manual.

Mock OSHA inspections

Walk your facility the way an inspector would — documentation review, employee interviews, and prioritized findings so nothing is a surprise if the real inspection arrives.

ISN, Avetta & Veriforce support

Initial prequalification setup, questionnaire completion, and continuing support to keep your contractor score current across major prequal networks.

Safety Management System development

Full SMS build-out aligned to ANSI Z10, ISO 45001, or OSHA VPP — policy, planning, implementation, evaluation, and management review.

Contractor pre-qualification

Build the prequalification package your customers are asking for — safety statistics, written programs, insurance documentation, and training records assembled in one place.

Industrial hygiene

Exposure assessment for airborne contaminants, noise, and chemical hazards — sampling, analysis, and control recommendations.

OSHAlytics

Consulting + technology

Backed by OSHAlytics

Consulting engagements include access to OSHAlytics, our closed-loop safety compliance platform. Findings from mock inspections, audits, and site visits move directly into the platform for corrective action assignment, tracking to closure, and audit-ready reporting — so recommendations do not sit in a PDF that nobody opens. Engagement models

Start small or bring us in fully

  1. Assessment

A focused walkthrough and document review with a written findings report and prioritized recommendations.

  2. Project work

  3. Retained support

Recurring onsite visits and remote availability so you have a safety professional on call without adding headcount.

Common questions

Consulting FAQ

Do you work with companies that have no safety program yet?

Yes. A large share of our work starts from very little documentation. We begin with the highest-risk exposures and build out from there so you are not paying for a manual before you have controls.

Can you support us during an OSHA inspection or after a citation?

We can provide support with document organization, abatement planning, and corrective action development. LeeMax does not provide legal representation or legal advice — coordinate those matters with your counsel.

Will you train our team on the programs you write?

Yes, and we recommend it. A program only works when supervisors and employees have been trained on it. Training can be scheduled as part of the same engagement.

Do you serve multi-site organizations?

Yes. We support multi-location employers with consistent programs, standardized documentation, and coordinated site visits across our service regions.
