Our story

Founded to be the safety partner our customers can actually trust

LeeMax Safety Solutions was founded in 2015 out of a simple observation: industrial employers needed a safety partner they could actually trust.

Someone who would show up, take the work seriously, and treat their team like real people — not another training checkbox. We built LeeMax to be that partner across training, staffing, consulting, and safety supplies, and to earn the kind of long-term relationship where our customers know exactly who is coming through the gate and what they are going to get.

Today LeeMax operates as a full-service safety resource with 5 field instructors and a consulting team that supports employers from the Mid-Atlantic through the Midwest and East Coast. Employers come to us for a single course and stay because we can also cover a staffing gap, rebuild a written program, back it with the OSHAlytics platform for closed-loop tracking, and get the right PPE to the site — without handing them off to four different vendors.

What sets us apart

Most safety vendors treat training as a transaction: sign the roster, hand out cards, invoice the client, move on. LeeMax was built to work the other way. When you bring us in — for a class, a staffed site safety role, a compliance program review, or a PPE order — you get the same team every time, and that team is measured on whether your people go home safe. Our instructors have worked the jobs they teach. Our consultants write programs that field crews will actually use. Our staffing partners know your site because they have been on it. And when something goes wrong on a project, you have real people to call, not a ticket queue. That is the difference between a vendor and a safety partner — and it is the standard we have held since 2015.
